With the war being over, and Voldemort's reign finally to a close, the world is now working on rebuilding itself. The group responsible for his death and downfall, the Omega, are revered as heroes. This group, lead by Voldemort's very son, Marvolo Riddle, is the subject of many controversies. Half of the world sees him as a hero, their savior. The other half is fearful that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and that everything is only an act. That he killed Voldemort, perhaps, for a reason less than noble. A group has formed with this ideal, called the Proteger.
This group, built entirely in the shadows, has made it its mission to make the public recognize what the Omega members did while they were Death Eaters, and to bring light to the fact that they cannot simply be absolved of these sins just because they got cold feet on the Dark Lord. They believe strongly that the members of the Omega are simply fugitives escaping the law, and that society is feeding into this ploy by parading them as celebrities.
The Omega remains steadfast that they are simply attempting to rid the world of the rest of the Death Eaters that managed to escape capture. They strongly note that their kind of intel cannot be matched, and that they are the best line of defense in rounding up the remaining Death Eaters. The world, however, will have to choose what to believe for themselves.
